New Memberships

As per the Company Constitution new memberships must be proposed and seconded by financial members prior to submission to the Company Secretary for tabling at the next meeting of the Directors. Do not send any MONEY but send your application fully filled out to:

The board meets approximately once per month so allow at least 30 days for new membership processing. Once processed you will be advised of the outcome of your application and you will be advised to then contact the membership secretary to pay your membership fee.

Membership Renewals

Membership renewals are done directly with the Company Secretary who will process your renewal, and does not need to have board approval. You have 60 days from your anniversary date to renew your membership. Failure to do so will mean your application will be viewed as a new membership, and as such will require board approval.

Types of Memberships

The following is the membership structure is as per the Company Constitution:

Junior Membership, being persons under the age of 18 years.

Senior Membership,being persons who are at least 18 years of age.

Family Membership, being up to 2 members (who in their own right are eligible for Junior or Senior membership) of the same family living under the same roof.
